I believe anyone can learn anything when it’s explained properly. My goal is for people to stop feeling trapped by technology and start feeling in control of it.
I started as a computer repair technician and sales associate, so I know consumer hardware inside and out. Today I work as a sales engineer for a national systems integrator, designing and overseeing every technical detail of large, complex commercial projects from planning through training, warranty, and support.
Coordinating many contractors across many disciplines taught me that with the right resources, almost anything can be done. I want to bring that experience to people who could never afford it otherwise: independent clients, small businesses, churches, schools, and everyday people.
I’m more interested in helping my community than in maximizing profit. That’s why consultations are free.

I’ve worked on consumer hardware for over a decade: computers, TVs, printers, phones, tablets, speakers, and more. Many frustrating problems turn out to have simple fixes.
